As a holistic sex therapist, I specialize in supporting individuals & partners who may feel marginalized due to their sexual orientation, relationship style, disabilities, and/or body type.

I'm here to help you navigate these challenges and reclaim a fulfilling sex life. My therapeutic approach is rooted in anti-oppressive and anti-racist principles, ensuring a welcoming and professional environment where humor and humanity play integral roles alongside clinical expertise. My Approach -

I offer an integrative psychotherapy approach tailored to each client's unique needs. Drawing from Emotion-Focused Therapy, Polyvagal Theory, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Attachment Theory, and evidence-based practices. My holistic framework emphasizes body neutrality and the importance of pleasure in all forms. Each client receives personalized care to ensure their specific needs are met.

anti-racist -

Racism is a chronic problem in Western society, leading to mental and physical unwellness in people from racialized groups. I provide an anti-racist framework meaning I broach cultural positionality in session, remain aware of microagressions, & am aware of the harmful effects of colonization on the mental health field and sexuality.

anti-oppressive -

My Anti-Oppressive framework aims to understand the micro, meso, and macro levels of oppression and identify ways to mitigate power imbalances between myself and my clients as well as the power imbalance between society at large.
